About ICE

International Competitions and Education Ltd (ICE) has been established since 2015 by a group of highly qualified professional educators to conduct international competitions and to provide interactive fun educational programmes to all kindergarten, primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong SAR China.  We have the aspiration to brighten the future potential of students and to celebrate their academic achievements.

Our staff has many years of experience conducting numerous international competitions. ICE is the official reseller of ICAS Assessments in Hong Kong SAR China and Macau SAR China to provide world-leading competition services in 2023. For over 40 years, students have achieved highly reputable international recognitions and have celebrated their academic success through participating in ICAS competitions.
